At RoAD, operated by Road Global Pvt Ltd, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Data Deletion Policy explains how you can request the deletion of your personal data from the RoAD platform.

We process your information responsibly and in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws. You have the right to request deletion of your personal information at any time, subject to any legal or regulatory obligations requiring us to retain certain data.

When you register as a driver on the RoAD App, we collect information necessary to provide our services, including:

• Full Name
• Email Address
• Mobile Number
• Vehicle Information
• Bank Account Details (for payments)
• Location and campaign tracking data
• Photos submitted for campaign verification

This information is used solely for account management, campaign participation, payment processing, verification, fraud prevention, and improving the RoAD App.

If you wish to permanently delete your RoAD account and associated personal data, you may submit a deletion request by following the steps below.

1. Send an Email to support@roadcampaigans.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
2. Include the following information:
   • Full Name
   • Registered Email Address
   • Registered Mobile Number
   • Vehicle Registration Number (if applicable)
3. Our support team will verify your identity before processing the request.
